GONVILLE BEACH ESTATE.
Mr. Harper (of Williams and Harper) reports a splendid sale of these sections at Imlay on Thursday. Bidding was brisk, and satisfactory prices, were realised. The balance (quarter acres) will 'bo sold at the Town Mart (Rutland Buildings), to-day At 2-30. All these sections being on the river side of the Heads Road, makes them the nearest freehold sites to the proposed circular basin and river improvement scheme. The Imlay railway station is right on the property, and it is within one block of the tram service.. Taken altogether, these sections stand head and shoulders above anything to be had in Wanganui aa an investment, and buyers cannot help doubling their money in a very short time.
