Messrs AJbrahiana and WiiliaanSj Ltd., report: At our Palmerston North sale fcfeld on Thursdiay, the 12th inst., webad a small yarding of both sneep amd cattle, whidh sold iat late rates.* -We quote:— Caititle. —(Empty dairy 'heifera £3 5s to £4 10s, 2 yctarr steers £i 3s, cows and oa'lves £2 7s tho £3 2s 6d, eonpifcy cows £2 12s> 6d to £3 10a, springnmg heoifers £5 7s to £8, yearling steers 38s 6d, buills £2 to £5 15s.
Messrs Dalgety land Co., iLtd.; report: There was the usual attendance of buyers. A smaO' yardanjg off stook sold as follows: Medium yearling heifers £2 10s, medium yearling steers £3 10s, forward oaws to £4 ss, ibulls £2 10s to £3 ISi.
