PLENTY OF MONEY.
LOANS OFFERED TO JTEW SOUTH
WALES.
(United Press Association.—Conyrieht.) SYDNEY, December 12. It is reported that Mr. Cann, the great financier, recently offered about twenty millions of loan money. The outcome will shortly be the commencement by the Government of a respectable loan' on reasonable terms. The Cabinet recently declined offers of five millions and ten millions. The latter imposed the condition that 'Now South Wales should place certain contracts in London.
