A STEAMER ARRESTED.

AUCKLAND, Oct. 30
This morning the Marshal of the ViceAdmiralty Court placed under arrest the small steamer Dot, which is engaged in the trawling business off the New Zealand coast. Tho warrant was affixed to the mainmast with official red tape, and the Court bailiff was then installed in charge of the vessel. The action arose out of a claim for a fairly large sum, which has been lodged against the owners of the vessel.
