WELLINGTON, Oct. 30
Moderate to strong westerly and South-westerly winds have prevailed, with fair to cloudy weather generally, but showery in parts. The baromete-r has fallen slightly. Present indications are for moderate and variable winds, but with westerly breezes predominating, and increasing everywhere. Kxwct mild and changeable weather, with increasing haze and cloudiness and rain in parts. The barometer is unsteady, with a falling tendency, and a westerly Rforni .iirea will nrobably follow in'about I*6 hours.
