LONDON, October 28
At the Free .Labour Congress the presidential address stated that evidence was accumulating that aggressive Trades Unionism was dying. The mischief and danger of modern Unionism was due to the professional leaders allowing their militancy to overshadow -everything else. Tho report showed that wages had nominally increased in the last 15 years, but that the pur--c-hasing power had decreased. The toport also stated that the Government's taxation had created fresh industrial problems.
