BELGRADE, October 28
It is officially stated that the Turkish Army Corps which was retreating from Uskub towards Petovo surrendered to tho Servian cavalry. Tho latter captured, n. further 123 guns.
Tho Servian vanguard has reached Istib.
(Istib is situated about forty miles to tho south-east of Fs^'b. and about 120 miles north of Salonika.
