IMPORTANT BATTLE EXPECTED NEAR CONSTANTINOPLE.
CONSTANTINOPLE, Oct. 27
An Ottoman soldier, in a melee northwards of Kirk Kilisse, got mixed up with the Bulgarians, but seized a Maxim gun. and carried it to his comrades, after a. miraculous escape from death.
The Turkish mobilisation is only half completed, but four hundred thousand will* shortly be concentrated1 near Constantinople, where a decisive battle will occur.
Router's Constantinople agent states that 1500 frontier refugees, comprising aged and decrepit men and women and children, foaxa arrived My *raita a/b Stamboul, and are being specially housed and ted.
