TREMENDOUS ENTHUSIASM MANIFESTED.
Received 5-5 p.m., Sept. 29. LONDON,"Sent. 27. On the eve of Ulster Day Sir Edward Carson issued a message stating that the great outburst of enthusiasm in Ulster and the sympathy and offers held out by every part of the United Kingdom and the Empire have deeply affected his colleagues and himself, and given them renewed strength. It was realised that they were fighting for freedom and for tho inspiring ideals of unity and Empire.
