STRIKERS SHOT DOWN

Received 5-5 p.m., Sept. 29

NEW YORK/Sept. 28

At Augusta, Georgia, after serious rioting, wherein two were killed, martial law was proclaimed. A strike led to disorders and attacks on street and railway cars.
