The Persians are stupified at Russia's attitude, following upon Persian acceptance of the second ultimatiim and tho manifestation of every desire to conciliate and establish friendly relations. .•■.-■■
Tho Russian police dispersed an indignation meeting convened in the bazaar at Teheran to protest against tho coup d'etat involved in the dissolution, of the Mejliss.
All newspapers have been suppressed except one, named the "Mejliss," which supports the Cabinet. Martial lav.' has been . proclaimed.
