WELLINGTON, June 21. The National Bank has received adcise from London of tb"1 -declaration., of n dividend' of 6 per cent, for the naif and a bonus to shareholders of 1 per cent., equalling 13 per cent, in all for the year ended March 31. £20,003 has been added to the reserve, making jfc £480,000, and £20,0C0 carried forward. The directors have further allocated £10,000 in the reduction of the bank premises' account, £3,000 to tho officers' pension fund, and granted a bonus to the staff. The annual meeting is to be held in London on July 4.
