LIGHT HOUSE DUES.

(Per Press Association.) J WELLINGTON, June 15. ...An order in Council has been issued making provision with regard to the i:ayment of lighthouse dues by oversea vessels at port other-than the one first galled at. It orders that payment be 'prescribed rates shall be made at the poft of arrival from overseas and that thereafter for calls at ports during the same voyage they shall be charged at rates fixed for home ti-ade ships. It is further ordered that vessels arriving at any port in N.Z. from Chatham Islands. Auckland Islands, Campbell Island, Antipodes Island or -Bounty Islands shall be charged dues at the rate fixed for home trade ships.
