At the National Peace Congress at Edinburgh, Mr. Keir Hardie moved a resolution, that in the event, of a threatened war, workers of all-nations should jointly strike.

There being considerable difference of opinion in the Congress, Mr. Hardie withdrew his resolution on the understanding that it would te discussed at the next Conference.

Sir Gr. Grey sent a letter wishing the•Congress all success.
