The visit of the girls to ■'.lie missionary exhibition in Dunedin, he said, had been much appreciated, and they wer-3 hospitably entertained while in Dun<?din. The general health of the girls is good. A tennis court is beina put into order. The girls propose holding a sale of work before lons, proceeds to bs applied to the installation of tras. The whole of the work is encouraging. Mr. MeKenzie was thanked for his rep6rb find interest.

Mr. Budd read correspondence on iho question of pas installation in the school. The cost of installation--29 lights- would cost about £70. The generator is guaranteed for 10 year's. The girls believe they could raise by a .■vale rif work, about £20. Tt was agreed to do for decision pending further enquiries. Messrs Budd and McCully were reQUested to interview tho ladies of i he P.W.M.U. in Auckland during Assembly week to organise a scheme fcr raising money for the Maori boys' farm. Two Maori elders to bo commissioned to attend the assembly, vix., Hakiaha on*! Mannauto.

Mr. Budd reported on tho visit of ths deputies (Messrs White and Budd) to Taupo, Tanmaranui and district:. Reports from Tauno, Manunui, and Taumarunui were dealt with.
