Mr. J. E. Redmond is going to the ■middle of the United States, Mr J. Devlin to the Southern States, Mr. D. Boyle to the Northern States, ana Mr. T.. P. O'Connor to Canada to appeal for funds for the Irish Parliamentary party. .; ,- •'
Mr O'Connor states that Ireland has already subscribed £1-2,000 this year.
Tho delegations hope that £10,000 will be collected in America- more than last year. ,
