SUPPOSED DROWNING.
(Per Press Association.) -. OAMARU, September 4. . A Moeraki fisherman named John Holsen, a Norwegian, left Moeraki last "Tuesday night in a sailing boat to fish '-off Oamaru and has not returned. The -probability is that he has been drown--ed. A heavy wind sprang up after he ..left, and it is supposed that the boat -was swamped or capsized.
