DIVORCE.

In the Divorce Court to-day a decree nisi was granted in tho case of Edward MalloAV.es v. Jane Mal'loAves, on tho ground of desertion.
Ruth Muter, an artist, said she went through the form of marriage with Bertie Graham Owen at Christchurch, and had since found he had already married another woman. Tlio case was adjourned. Decrees nisi were -granted in the eases of John Wilmshurst v. Elizabeth Wilmshursfc on the ground of desertion; Chas. R. Seaver v. Elizabeth Seaver, also desertion : Robert Hancock v. Emily Hancock, drunkenness and desertion; Dr. William Crawford Mac-knight v. Amy Macknight, desertion; Chas.* Louis Barrow v. Alico Barrow, infidelity; Beatrice .Scaife v. John Henry Scaife, desertion; Sarah Calder v. Alexander Calder, misconduct; Edwin Hubbard v. Eliza Hubbard and another, misconduct; Hannah Woolhouse v. Frederick Woolhouse, drunkenness and failure to maintain; Margaret Neale v. Ernest P. Neale, desertion and Alziere Bell Malcolm v. Thos. Potts, bigamy. The two last-named cases Avere heard in camera.
