I now wish to repeat, without qualification, that every picture was taken by rae direct from the subject, and that the prints were subsequently produced from negatives which were absolutely without any retouchI ingf whatever. The improved condition of the same individual when the second photograph was taken in respect to growth of hair, was, undoubtedly solely due to " Brice's Regenerator." It succeeded in a restoration which I am afraid was quite beyond the art of even the cleverest photographer who has up to the present date exposed a plate.
