There are 775 cases of cholera in St. Petersburg. Railway passengers recuiro a medical certificate as to the disinfection of their clothes.
Eighty-one thousand cases haA^e been certified to August 8, KharkoiF, Kkaterinosloff, Kherson, and Don claiming 40,000 The greatest distress is among orphaned children in villages.
