Lady readers' attention is directed to an important announcement in another column by Messrs J. Paul and Co. This firm are clearing out all that remains of their winter millinery at 12s <3d, more than halfj and often more than quarter usual prices. LAND SETTLEMENT. Seekers of land are to- have a splendid opportunity of securing a farm. Messrs Dalziell Bros., of Hunterville, having decided to cut up their fine estate of 2,500 acres for close settlement. The land is of excellent quality, and only three miles from Hunterville. It is very suitable for close settlement, as it is practically all dairying land. It is to be divided up into about 25 sections, ranging from 50 acres up to 250 acres. Some of the smaller sections will make first-class agricultural farms, being quite flat.
