INDUCEMENTS TO IMPROVE EXPORTS.

The Transvaal and Orangia, with the view of improving their reputation of exported wools, are granting substantial preference in railway rates on all wool which is short, clean j sorted and baled in accordance with the regulations of the Department cf Agriculture.
