At the Wanganui Goods Shed, to-mor-row, Williams and Harper will hold a sale of lost and unclaimed , luggage.l This should attract keen competition. The sale starts at 11.30 a.m. ,

The mention in our advertising columns of "X" jam, manufactured by Si Kirkpatrick and Co., Limited, of Nelson, is one of especial interest. Mr J. H. Keesing advertises a final notice to clients having goods at his mart for sale. He. notifies that all goods, whether reserved or not, will be/ sold.regardless of value or reserves, anct if necessary to secure sale will be sold with goods belonging to other owners and in that case the owners will have no claim, bxvfc the.proceeds will be re* tamed to pay storage and other expenses.

Traver's dairy herd of some 95 cows nnd heifers will be sold. Tliis herd has long been known ns one nf the be>st in the locality, and buyers will have an opportunity of making valuable additions* to their herds.
