MURDER
Received July 4, 5.5 p.m. LONDON, July 4. Tho. assassin was named Dinghra, a Hindu from the Punjab. His two brothers were educated in England and returned to India, one, a doctor, is doing well. H$ wrote to Sir W. Wyllio two months ago regretting that his brother was under Krishnavma's influence at India House, whore he stayed for some time. The letter urged Sir W. Wyllie to remonstrate with the misguided man and wean liim of his evil company. ,
Sir W. Wyllie invited Dinghra to tho India .Office, but the invitation was ignored.
It is inconceivable that there could have been an personal grievance between the" murderer and his victim. Moreover, a docunent in Dinghra's handwriting shows thst the.murder was a political crime. It declares that British rule in Ind:a h u.nju t and iniquitous, and every me<in> is legitimate on the part,, of tha Indans to gain independence.
