REFUSE TO JOIN GERMAN NAVY LEAGUE.

BERLIN, July 1
The German Navy League invited tho German American National Union to join. The Union replied that the League ought to remember that the members of tho Union are citizens of the United States. The Union added that with all their love for the old home and their pride in Germany's greatness and power, they must decidedly object to the invitation 3 and every German American should: do likewise. . ; .
