(Onffced-Press Association.—Copyright.) 1 ' LONDON, June 10. Mr. John Redmond says the Budget is bad, unjust, and oppressive. Old ago pensions will certainly benefit Ireland to tho extent of 2£ millions, but ths money could have been spent with greater benefit to Ireland by increasing transport and general development. Tho Nationalists have decided to vote against a second reading.
