SALES OF NEW ZEALAND STOCK.
SYDNEY, April 15
At the stock sales after the Show, consignments of Lincoln-Leicester sheep on behalf of Mr Reid, of Ellerslie, New Zealand, ranged from one to three guineas, and a Romney ram sold at 7£ guineas. Mr Dowthwaite's Leicesters brought from 2 to 3^ guineas, and Mr O'Rourke's 1£ guineas. A Hereford bullock, belonging to Mr G. F. Moore, Bushy Park, Wanganui, which took champion prize for the heaviest beast in the Show, brought £28.
A consignment of horses from Hayward and Co., Christchurch, realised satisfactory prices.
