HOCKEY.
The Management Committee met in Mr C. W. Tremewan's rooms on Wednesday evening. PRESENT.—Messrs D. Millar (chairman), Fear, W. Millar, Haase, Sherriff, Holland (treasurer), C. W. Tremewan (secretary), and Neilson (assistant secretary). CORRESPONDENCE .—Letters were received from the Wanganui Ladies' Hockey Club re colours , Uniform proposed adopted. St. Paul's Club applied for use of Racecourse grounds on the 17th inst from 3 o'clock. Granted.
SCHOOL COMPETITION—Mr D. Millar moved that the different schools^ be written to, and to ascertain what schools will nominate a team for a competition to be played on Saturday mornings.
The secretary was instructed to write, the Manawatu Association, inviting them to send senior and junior representative teams on June 3rd; also Taihape and Marton to send senior teams.
The following will represent St. Paul's A. on Saturday at 3 p.m. on the Racecourse against United Seniors:— Backs, Henderson, Reed, and Miller; halves,' Haase, Smith, and J. Russell; forwards, H .Naylor, Anderson^ Graham, Murchie, W. Thomson. :
The B team, against United Juniors, at 4 ,t).m., on Racecourse, will be:— Goal, J. Milne; full-back, J. Inkster and A. E. Miller; halves, F. Worsop, G. Barton and McKay; forwards, Andrews, Archibald, Scrivener, Wainwright and Henry.
