WELLINGTON, September 7. The Coimcil of the New Zealand Amateur Rowing Association met this evening. The, Ngarawahia Club appealed for a'ruling in regardto, : th&Auckland Association's decision in cutting out a race from the Club's programme. The Club also asked if the Council considered the time ripe for establishing a centre in the Waikato, urging that the representation of country clubs on the Auckland Association rw'as unsatisfactory. In Avas decided to obtain information from Auckland1 in reference to the appeal, and to refer thei question of forming another centre to the meeting of delegates. .■",.■_. It was decided to change .the date of tho annual mooting frdiri October. 12th to October 10th.
