LONDON, Sept. 7
Cardinal Moran's - coadjutor, the Archbishops of Hobart and Melbourne, and the Bishops of Auckland and Ballarat have arrived to participate in the Eucharistie Congress. The - French Catholics are not allowed to carry flowers, as their own processions are sending such quantities to strew along the route of the procession, which is in tie vicinity of Westminster Cathedral.
