TIMARU, September 2. The Timaru Waterside Workers' Union passed the following resolution at a meeting last night: That this, meeting of the Timaru Waterside Workers Union consider the,conduct of Mr Sim in the recent farm labourers' dispute is not in accordanco with the spirit of t* c Arbtiratiori Act/ as it is understood by th 3 mass of workers of the Dominion, and suggests his immediate removal as President of the Arbitration Court.
