At the.Police Court this morning, Mary Crosiswell was charged with using an instrument on: Daisy Edwards for an illegal purpose and was committed for trial.

The girl .Edwards, who had her sentence remitted and was released on Saturday, was on her way to Court this morning with .Captain Cumming, of the Salvation Army, ,when accused Crosswell made a violent personal wordy attack on Edwards. It is stated that most offensive language was used, and that Violent hands would have been laid on the girl but for Captain dimming 3 intervention. The Magistrate warned them against a repetition of the conduct.
