The greatest rush in the history of Western Canada took place yesterday for an odd number of sections at Regina, Moosejaw, Calgary, Humbokit, Battleford, and Reddeer, representing SO million acres, which were opened for settlement. Homesteaders owning 160 acres are permitted to double their holding and nearly every eettler availed himself of the advantage.
