HALLAM v. HODGSON
CLAIM FOR £200 FOR SEDUCTION
The Court sat at 10 a.m., when the action brought by John J. Hallam, of Wanganui, against Elliott Hodgson, of Wanganui, ior £200 damages for tlie seduction of his daughter, was taken. Mr Mackay appeared for plaintiff, and Mr Treadwell for defendant. The evidence was the same as that given in the breach of promise case, heard on Saturday. After hearing argument by counsel His Honour reserved his decision.
