GREYMOUTH, March 10. Hie members of the Arbitration Court arrived! tonight from Christ.ehurcli, and will hear the Blackball casa tq-moiTow morning. . Mr M. Hanan will conduct proceedings for the Crown and Mr Guinness for the Blackball Miners' Union.

Mr Guinness, eating for the Miners' Union, will: proceed against the Blackball Coal Company fora breach of the award under section 108 «f the main Act, which reads as follows:—"Erery employer who dismisses from his employment any woi'ker by reason merely of the ."fact that the worker is a member of an industrial union, or who is conclusively proved to have dismissed such workman merely because he is entitled to the benefit of an, award, order, or agreement, shall be deemed to have committed a breach of the award, order", or agreement, and shall be liable accordingly."

A good deal of interest is taken in, the case and the proceedings will be watched by a large number ~of miners from Blackball.
