(United Press Association— Copyright). LONDON, March 9.' Mr. Justice Kenny states that there is not a scintilla of evidence against Eord Ashtown in connection with the Glenhira outrage. He severely condemns the action of Inspector Preston in signing a report charging Lord Ashtown with being privy to the outrage, under the orders of the Inspector-Gen-eral of Constabulary, when he did not intend to^make a charge himself. Mr. justice Kenny believes that Inspector Jrrcston's original report was altered in Dublin Castle, either by Sir Neville Chamberlain, or by the Undersecretary. . He confirms the County CourVs award of damages in the case. The South Atlantic Trading Company, with a capital of £100,000, has been formed to acquire Thomas Caradoc Kerry's licenses to work the guano deposits on Goiikh Island and the inaccessible Nightingale Island, and <*enerally to trade in the Pacific.
