CHRISTCHUROH, January 7. Two dairymen appeared before Mr. H. M. Bishop, S.M.. at the Police Court this morning, each charged with two breaches of tihe Dairy Industry Act, 1908. One mani was fined 20.5. for selling. impure milk, and a further 20s. for using uno!ea.n milk cans; and the.other wag als-o fined 40s. oii charges of failing to cool milk for human-consumption, and milking cows in sheds whiohl were mot ketpt in a clean oooidition, as specified by the Act.
