WORK TO BB RESUMED

SYDNEY, January 8. Tho Special Court found'that the men at the Teralßa mines had, by leaving work, broken the agreement under which the Special Court was constituted, and- thereby justified the proprietors in withdrawing from the Court if they so desired-:
_ Mr. Bowling, the miners' representative in the Court, considered tbat tho men might have committed a technical breach, but morally they wer& right.
Tlic proprietors' representative announced itihat tho proprietors desired to abide by the agreement. If tho Teralba m-em would return to work and let the matter come before the Court, theprou prietors would not withdraw from the Count.
. On the application of the min€<rs' advocate, the Court adjourned till tomorrow to allow th;e Miners' Federation an opportunity to advise the strikers to resume work.
