Ttf^lf^SfeSOt-ae'fesiwill he ofifered in sections varying from 11;] acres f ;to ~3o.7s ^a;cr£s^ .l\v,ollv vy.ai;er;e,d tr,rhy,; gpriii^-'creelis^or xlaiiis.' vltlixcl*' is good dairying and grazing country, and eminently suitable for fattening. It grows exceptional grain, rapo, and root crops. The position of tho property is unexcelled. Its proximity to the high country beyond Kimbolton, Apiti, Itangiwahia, and surrounding districts enables purchasers to obtain store stock with very' little driving. The stock from these districts fatten particularly well on these properties. This is undoubted, judging by tho experience o? the*' present owners. Eight hundred acres have been stumped, and the balance can be done at an average cost of £2 per acre. In subdividing, whoreever possible, existing fence lines have been availed of. Several chimps of natural bush have been reserved for shelter, and on Makonui a largo miniI bor of Macracarpa and Pin us Muricata trees (some 34,000) have been planted and v.x-11 fenced. These plantations are looking exceptionally veil. The properties are being offered for -sale by tho original settlers, tho, Hon. J. IJryci> and Mr. Kobert Mcßeth, who took np tl'.o land in the virgin- bush, when they had -the whole- country to select from. The road to Feilding is an ideal one for motoring and wheel traffic, and an exceptional one for driving stock. Telegraph, Telephone, Post Office, School, and Creamery are l£ miles from the pro--1 perties. The terms have been framed on a most liberal scale to enable men of small means to obtain some of the «ections. The auctioneers, tho New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company.. Limited, Feildiing. and Gorton and Son, will bo pleased to show intending purchasers over the property.
