The " Shipping Gazette " says that hi these ticklish days, so far as Australian administration is concerned, and as the tendency of legislation is unpromising, it is quite possible that the Orient and Roy-al Companies v.ill -welcome a spell cf freedom from the onerous conditions attacking to the mails.
