ADELAIDE OPINION.

ADELAIDE, July 13. In connection with the resolution of the Chambers of Commerce Congress favouring preferential tr'ad^, no instructions were given the Adelaide representatives. They therefore- spoke and voted in their own behalf, and could not bind the Adelaide Chamber.
