Disputes Bill, forbidding the Courtis to chertain actions against Trades Unions or members for recovery of damages in respect of tortic'us (acts alleged to Jiave been committed by or on ibehalf of Trade Unions.
.Mr F. E. Smith proposed tan amendment securing to- the funds of Employers' Associations an equal protection.
