N.APIER, iFebruary 3 The annual report of the llaroour Board discloses a most satisfactory state of affairs. The credit balance h«s increased by over £700, in spite of heavy expenditure from t(he general account. The revenue for rtlhe year totalled the sum of £23,955. The imports fvggregated 80,309 tons, and the exports 65,163 tons. There is now an ample depth <ab the breakwater wharf tobert'h ocean-going steamers, but the present drawback is ' lack of aiocommodation, whicih will be remedied during the ctoming year, the necessairy contracts having already been let.
