At the Churches Conference at Scarborough, the Liberal Leaders absolutely pledged themselves to make the reversal of the present Government's educational policy their first work when returned to power. Their proposal will include absolute popular control of all schools, freedom from all sectarian tests, no right of entry during school hours for the purpose of denominational teaching, but facilities for such teaching before or after hours.
