Pawson; C.S., Bro. '' I. Sialek. Delegates: Bros. T. Bam- : ber, J. Wright, W. H. Flyger and E. 1 Liddle (Wanganui Lodge); Bros. C. S. . Rush, L. G. Horn, F. Mowlem (senior), 1 and H. Shannon (Manawatu Lodge); ' Biros. A. W. Parker and W. Allen ! (Feilding Lodge); Bros. G. Sherson and '. McGonagal (Manga weka Lodge); Bros. ' J. Nix and A. Stackhouse (Apiti Lodge); ; Bro. R. W. Beadnall (Malteroa Lodge); ■ Bro. W. Anso (Taihape Lodge); Bro. ! Green (Ohingaiti Lodge); Bro. G. H. " Espiner (Bunnythorpe Ladge). The visiting delegates and officers were ■ met at the ■train by members of the local lodge and were shown over the now Opera House. The visitors were greatly i impressed with the building and con- ; gratulated the people of Palmerston on ; being so fortun-ate in having such an ) up-to-date theatre. After being photoi graphed business was commenced. The half-yearly balance sheet and re--3 port showed that the Order was making ] (rapid strides, and the finances of each / Lodge in the district were in a flourish--5 ing condition. The local Lodge has the 3 honour of making the greatest progress \ during the six months, both financially . and numerically. ? The meeting adjourned for half-an- . hour out of l'especfc to the memory of > late Bros. Garner (one of the District 1 Trustees), and Geange, of the Loyal - Rangitikei Lodge. i On the meeting resuming the usual 3 routine business, notices of motion, etc., 5 wore proceeded with.—"Standard."
