TEACHERS' SUPERANNUATION.

The Westland Teachers' Institute 'resolved that it viewed Avith strong dissatisfaction the proposed scheme of superannuation, and will be satisfied with nothing less than a scheme equal to that given to railway employees. It also objects to there being no allowance for
past services.
