Receaved November 30, 8.39 a.m. LONDON, November 29. ReU't&r's Tokio agent rep-orts that Oh® Jap.aoeso captured tihe 203 Metre Hill commanding th<& harbour during a night attack. Ninety per cent, of Port Arthur ia oaptaired. General Sakharoff reports that a blinding snowstorm suspended the attack on Sinkhatchen, though tih© Jaipaneso were within 000 paces -of the Russian position. The turning movement was subsequently ch-ecked. Tho ''Times" says Japan has gained far mora than Russia through tho willingness of Br'.tish shippers and shipowners to undertake the risks of contraband.
Received November 30, 8.56 a.m. LONDON, November 29. Several supplieme-nitary vestsels belonging to the Bailtic Squadron have passed Prawte Point, Devonshire, bound westward.
