In the Arbitration Court, the General Labourers' "Union, charged Graham and Greig, builders, wijt'h & breach of award in dismissing a umionist whaleretaining three nion-ijniouii-tis on a jab. The case was id'ismisi&edj on the grounds that .tiie three mien were specially employed, but incidental reference was made to the preference clause in tihe labourers' agreement.
