BUSINESS NOTES.
It is befitting that all ladies interested in new millinery should inspect the.new Parisian models at The Economic. No one of any judgment disputes1 the fact that Parisian millinery holds first place always. There ia "that indefinable "something" .about it that is apparent to the most) cnsnal observer. Allladies are asked to inspect it, whether buyers or not.
! Messrs Baddeley and Forlong have a replace advertisement in another column, offering for sale ,a;nd lease some splendid dairy and \sh-eep farms at prices that are really hard to beat from the po!n'j of the bargain-hunter or investor. On inquiry at the firm's ofi3.ce full particulars will be given. Mr M. Hcgan has patented a handy bicycle stand, which he has now placed upon the market. The 'contrivance, which is very simple, is thorough1 y effective^ It consists of a block of -concrete, in an indentation 'of which -the front, wheel of the bicycle is placed. Cyclists have longy'shed for some meansl whereby their machines could be safely stood w'lhout fear of damage through falling or''loss of enamel through scraping. Mr Hogan has supplied the longfeltt want, and he will. no doubt find many "buyers for his ingenious invention. In another column will be found an' important announcement regarding the high values in tuits and ladies' costumes at special prices' now obtainable at G. D. Jones and Co.'s establishment in Ridgway Street.
