REMODELLING OF NOSES.

In his recenifc lecture at the Medical Graduates' Cbllege, Mr. Stephen Paget said:—"l have now done 43 cases of the remodelling of noses. It is anxious work and heaw responsibility altering the shape of people's noses, and the more I se;e of these cases the more certain I am that you cannot manufacture1 perfect Grecian noses out of nothing, and that the surgeon must be content if he succeeds in making a nose that shall be merely xinnoticeable. But do not tliink that it is a small matter to acoomtplish this much. You dan enable «i man to get work and to get a girl to mlarry hittn)."
